Documents (A/P invoices, A/R invoices, cash documents) are documents with a variety of information. Only some of them are relevant for accounting.
The manual entry of the required data is time consuming and costly, mistakes cannot be avoided.
Logisth.AI automates the readout of relevant data
Despite technologies available today such as facial recognition and location-based services, documents such as invoices, delivery notes, patient notifications, etc. are not standardized.
These documents are often printed out several times - even if delivered electronically as a file - and finally entered manually into ERP or accounting systems.
This work is time- and error-prone.
Logisth.AI has set itself the goal of recognizing all types of documents and automatically transferring them to the respective customer systems. Currently still manually controlled - by the end of the year half of the documents had already been booked automatically.
The architecture was chosen so that Logisth.AI does not store any personal or voucher-related data in the cloud. The receipts are sent to Logisth.AI, after recognition the results are automatically returned and the data is deleted again.
The data required for recognition (customer/supplier master data, learned data) are obtained at runtime via a service interface from an interface server installed at the customer and are not stored.
The operation takes place as SAS (Software as a Service) in a Cloud environment-
The cloud runs in an ISO certified European data center in Germany.
Logisth.AI is very closely interlinked with the accounting systems. As a consequence, it has immediate impact on a number of branches, namely:
Logisth.AI is continuously developed, improved and extended. The recognition rate is further increased by even better methods in the recognition process. By continuously comparing the delivered data with the posted data, documents are classified as "correct" and no longer need to be checked.
